Here are some of the more commonly asked questions about our service. However if you have any queries please do not hesitate to call us, we are only too pleased to help.

Can I book a car at short notice ?

Yes - subject to availability. If you wish to book a car for use in the next 24 hours, it is best to contact us by telephone. We will always do our best to help with your short notice requirements at no extra charge.

Is your service reliable ?

Absolutely. Our vehicles are extremely reliable and maintained to the highest standard. Our drivers are experienced and will always be there to help whatever the situation.

Is All Journey Solutions licensed ?

Yes, we are fully licensed with East Riding of Yorkshire Council.

Will the driver help us with our luggage ?

Yes. Your driver will always help you with your luggage and assist you loading and unloading, including getting too and from the vehicle if necessary.

Can I use one or more of your cars for my Wedding ?

We have a Wedding car service. Whilst many Brides use our cars for their transport to and from Church we can also supply executive cars to take family and guests to the church and/or take them to the Reception.

Can I make a booking online ?

Yes. You can email us at anytime to make a booking. Please be sure to include as much detail as possible as this will help us provide you with the right pick up time, journey time and detailed and accurate quote.

How can I pay for my booking ?

All Journey Solutions accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment can also be made by cheque, bank transfer or in cash. 

Can you send me an invoice ?

Yes, we invoice all our work. We can send you an invoice by email or post. You need a business and not a residential address to use our executive services. Those booking a wedding, celebration etc., can be invoiced at a residential address.


Will you meet us anytime of day or night ?

Yes. We operate 24 Hours a day and 7 Days a week, 365 days of the year. 

What if my train or flight is delayed or early ?

We always track your plane's progress when it is in the air and ensure we are always there to meet you on time. If your train is going to be late or early, just give us a ring.

How will I find my driver ?

For Airport and Train Transfers your driver will be waiting in the arrivals area, ticket barrier or platform, with your name on a ‘Meet and Greet’ board. You will have his mobile contact number and he will have yours. You can contact your driver at any time.

Do you offer your chauffeur service for private hire, like a taxi?

No, whilst we are a licensed service we are not licensed in the same way as a taxi. Our service is purely for those on business trips or for special occasions, such as Weddings or Funerals.
